membership fee - quarterly fee

Hi,

I'm quite new to admidio and especially to membership fee. I could use some tips.
my current environment:
admidio 4.3.14
membership fee 5.3.1

I'm currently struggling with the plugin. I would like to setup a quarterly due-date / contribution model, but for some reason all my tries failed. Anybody would have an suggestion for an easy how-to? I could offer a Hungarian translation in exchange

In the membership_fee there is a folder DOCS with a description in english (documentation-en.pdf); read ? then it should work.

The plugin is working fine, but I can only create one due date and not on quarterly base. Once the payment was completed for example at the end of March, I can't create a new one for end of June except I delete the paid date too. I guess this is also explained on page 24 of the documentation.

The plugin always considers the contribution defined in a role (regardless of the "Contribution period" setting)
as an annual contribution. The specification of a role's contribution period is used for the "Prorated contribution calculation" function.

That's why I'm desperate for further suggestions, as I have to guarantee a quarterly payment method for our club members. Any other ideas maybe?

Maybe its me and there is a cool solution, but In my case would be cool, if one could define due date, or multiple due dates based on role memberships.

ONE amount is stored in the role;

Hey greno,

I had no problems calculating and editing the fee for the first quarter of the year either. The issue starts with the 2nd quarter. If I recalculate the next due amount, I cannot define a new due date. The module automatically doubles the amount previously paid. Because of this behavior and the cited line mentioned in the manual, I doubt that a quarterly payment cycle is even possible with the current version. What is your opinion on this?

After ALL have paid
i modified the prefix in the contribution settings
then
Recalculation with overwriting carried out for the 2nd quarter
with a little testing it should also work for you
